BuildFlow Worker app

1. 1Tap Download for Android. Your phone may warn that this type of file can harm your device. Tap Download anyway.
2. 2Open the downloaded file. It is in your notifications or your Downloads folder.
3. 3If your phone says installing is blocked, tap Settings. Turn on Allow from this source for your browser (for example Chrome), then go back.
4. 4Tap Install. If Play Protect asks, tap More details, then Install anyway. BuildFlow isn’t on Google Play, so your phone doesn’t know it yet.
5. 5Open BuildFlow Worker.

Enter your company, your cellphone number and the access code your site manager sent you on WhatsApp.

Your company is the name in your company’s BuildFlow address. For example, acme in acme.buildflowsiteos.co.za. Ask your site manager if you’re not sure. You only enter it once.

When asked, allow location All the time. The app only uses it while you are checked in, to confirm you are on site, and it stops when you check out.

Small fixes install by themselves the next time you open the app. When a bigger update is out, the app shows A new version of the app is available. Tap Download update and install it over the old one. You stay signed in, and anything waiting to send is kept.

The app is Android only for now. iPhone users can use BuildFlow in the browser at your company’s BuildFlow address.
